Shopify Integration

If you have an existing Shopify website, we can import and integrate your products for you! It’s an easy way to get your products live and sync inventory between your sites so they are the same, preventing overselling.

Once you’re ready to move forward with the integration, please follow these steps:

1) Log in to your Shopify store and find your “Collaborator request code”. This can be found in the Users and permissions section of your Shopify admin.

To find the 4-digit access code, please follow the steps below: Navigate to your Shopify store admin > Settings > Users and permissionsScroll down to the section Collaborators, and there’s your code

2) Contact our team through a support request and provide your “Collaborator request code” and your Shopify website domain. Our development team will then request collaboration access to your Shopify account. Please note: The request will in email from Shopify. If you did not receive it within a few days, you may need to check your junk/spam folder or “Promotions/Updates” folder if you use Gmail.

After you approve access to your Shopify store, we’ll work directly with you to get your products synced.

Please note, orders received on the Marketplace site must be processed through our platform and will not transfer to your Shopify site’s Orders section.

Only the Product Data and Inventory will sync daily.

Do not update your products directly in our marketplace after we’ve synced your Shopify collection. This will cause errors in how your products display in the marketplace.

If you need to make updates to these products, only update them in your Shopify store. These product changes will sync back to our system within 24 hours or so.

When you want to add new products to our marketplace, you can add them into the collection we created in your Shopify store, and delete old ones that you no longer want to sell.
