Customers LOVE free shipping. Adding Free Shipping to your shop, whether temporarily for a promotion or permanently to increase orders, is a good way to drum up increased orders.
Many times, customers have agreed to the price of a product before they have added it to the cart. If you need to pad your item price a bit to include “free shipping” we recommend doing that.
Here’s how to turn on Free Shipping in your shop.
How to:
- Go to your Store Settings>Shipping
- Click in each zone listed
- Click to add a new shipping method
- Select Free Shipping
- Toggle off Flat Rate options after selecting this option.
